Screee! “Kapp’n, what’s going on?” Merle lurched forward in her seat.
“Haven’t yous heard of anothersh stop? *hic*” Merle sighed. Kapp’n had stopped at the Blue Bar in Forget-Me-Not Valley and blown his money on getting Mixed Punch, bottle after bottle of it, until every last drop of it was gone and he was completely drunk. Of course this happened quite often with Kapp’n, so he was used to driving drunk.
“I kno-. Wait a minute! Malberry! My mom’s pink house! I think I’ll stop here for the night” Merle ran towards the pink house she used to call home.
“Momma? It’s Merle. I’ve come home.”
